ACN trip to Lebanon March 2026
Displaced Christian children at the Greek-Melkite Catholic Patriarchate Shelter in Beirut, March 2026.
On Thursday, March 19, the ACN Lebanon team — Marielle, Fouad, and Charlotte — visited two shelters currently hosting Christian IDP families in Beirut:
• Perpetual Help Shelter – The Sisters of the Perpetual Help are hosting 14 Christian families in their convent.
• Greek-Melkite Patriarchate Shelter – Fr Sassine is coordinating this shelter, which is currently hosting 29 Christian families (approximately 130 people).
Following this visit, please find photos and videos documenting the current situation and the work being carried out at both locations.
These images help to illustrate the living conditions and the ongoing support provided to the displaced families.
